Do yoga and meditation both and you should be able to some difference soon. In parallel go for a counseling session to figure out actual root cause for the depression feeling.
Looking at your weight, you also need to work on the food habits and physical activity. Sometimes laziness, lack of interest due to bodily discomfort also can trigger depression.. Try it.
