I am having nervous breakdown from last 4 months or I don't know what is it exactly, but now I think I need a medical help. I am not able to bear stress anymore, I don't feel like going to work, I don't want to talk to anyone in this world, I can't sleep well, I try to control my mind but within 5 minutes I start crying again. I tried meditation at home but its not working. I lost 7 kg weight in 1 month. I don't find any solution to get out of this mental state.
