Hi Ishita... There is everything to help you out in this crisis. You have lost a loved one and still carrying that pain in your heart. Death of a loved one is hard to bear for anyone, but in some cases, it triggers the already existing issues in a person's subconscious mind making him/her trapped in a 'negative triad'. Where they tend to think and feel that everything that has happened has been bad, everything that is happening is worse and everything that is going to happen in future will be much worse. Their mind gets trapped in a pessimistic outlook towards life where there is no room for light. But again this also a perception. No one can change what has happened but with the help of a therapist you can bring back your control over your thoughts and emotions and your mood. A therapist can help you rearrange your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to better accept and deal with your loss.
