Depression and bp

My husband has been suffering with depression for about 2 months now. He sleeps about 12 hours at a time. He has been confined to our rv for the most part with no exercise. His blood pressure during this time has been about 103 to 106 over 74. If he walks in the rv back and forth for about 5 minutes it will go up to about 114/80. Is this normal and is his bp too low?
