I've been unable to sleep since few days. I feel restless. I feel numb. I have got negative thoughts. I have a bad body ache and my head hurts like someone is constantly hitting me. I feel my heart is beating way to faster. I cry without any reason. I have got mood swings. I get nervous.

Has anything happened in the last few days or months ago against your wish or Interest!! It could be due to lack of clarity also.
