Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. It must have been difficult for you to share this and I appreciate you for reaching out. From what you’ve mentioned, it sounds like you’ve been experiencing distorted and irrational thought patterns, due to which you might have been feeling stressed and anxious. Also, you’ve mentioned that not being busy contributes to your negative thought patterns and this could be because our thoughts creep in when we don’t keep our mind busy in delving on necessary/present things or this could be related to your childhood experiences which annoys you. Further discussion is needed to explore your concern in-depth and learn healthy coping mechanisms for the same.

Health Tips
Until then, you could practice mindfulness to stop or reduce these thought patterns. Try being present in the moment for 10-15 minutes a day by completely focusing on anything you do. For example, you could take a object, feel it, sense it's texture, it's shape, color and sturcture. Make this habitual starting from doing small things like mentioned above and generalize the habit of being mindful in all your daily activities.
