U have been rightly diagnosed and have been on right medications. But the duration of treatment depends on duration of symptoms
Next Steps
U have relapsed, that indicates u need antidepressant at least for 1 to 2 yrs

Hi, ..... One needs to continue with the medication process having knowledge about the severity of the problem which you are going through. Though you would be making attempts to understand; its not easy to accept the facts. For a while you need to not just continue with parmachopsyhciatric interventions but also along side by meeting a psychologist and start with Counseling interventions.
Next Steps
This would assist you with handling your panicky behavior that are creating disturbances of unwanted worries.
Health Tips
this you could do either by in-person or online Counseling depending upon your schedules.

Hello, For depression you need prolonged treatment sometimes. Consult your psychiatrist and restart the treatment. Treatment of depression is either medication or counselling
