Depression after miscarriage

It's been over two weeks since my miscarriage at 7 weeks, but I still feel very weak and lack the strength to do household chores. I have slight pain in my legs, and mostly, I don't feel like doing anything. I often find myself in a bad and frustrated mood, not wanting to smile or talk to anyone about my feelings. I haven't cried in front of anyone except my partner, and I'm very sensitive right now. Although I've come to terms with the loss since this was my second pregnancy and I have a 3-year-old daughter, but my mental state is not improving. Please help me with what I  should do.
