Hi, I can totally feel your concern but you don’t have to feel so low on this. You are a new mother. It’s a new life. It’s your birth as well. Try consulting a lactation expert. If still it doesn’t work. You can give formula milk to the baby and not be guilty because the baby needs a happy mother. In the end, you can contact me for any stress related queries, all the best dear. Enjoy this face don’t over stress.

Lots of mothers face latching issues during lactation. Please do not despair. It can be fixed. Please consult a gynaecologist or paediatrician to learn how to fix it. As to your anxiety and stress, being a new mother is stress enough, with rapid changes in hormones going on and lack of sleep. make sure you are getting enough sleep. If you find yourself having depressed or anxious mood most of the day for several days , with decreased interest in daily activities, or any ill thoughts towards the baby, please consult a psychiatrist at the earliest.
