Can anyone tell me how ADHD occurs in a person.what is the cause of it.because it affects me a lot and my life too.I dont know how to overcome this problem.plz help me

ADHD is actually due to some issues of brain development. It is not because of any other reason such as any nutritional deficiency or any social cause. in simple words it is a brain wiring problem which can be controlled by certain medications very well. It is one of the best controlled behaviour disorder.
