I have Depersonalization/ Derealization feelings. I am not feeling depression or anxiety. Before i had feelings of Depression and anxiety but now i don't feel them. What is the treatment for this condition? Is it because of untreated depression?

Yup, when we are unable to cope up with depression,we tend to detach from our feelings and surroundings. Consult psychiatrist asap
