Dental problem of child
My son is 5yrs 6 months old and his permanent front both incisors have started growing from behind teeths while his milk incisors are only shaking and have not cone out yet since mid-dec 2021. See pics

The problem that you seem to be facing about your child's front teeth is a normal phenomenon that happens between the age of 5-7 years. The teeth that are shaking are the milk teeth and they will fall off when the teeth coming from behind are completely ready to come in the mouth (the normal age for them to come is between 6.5- 7.5 years).

hello, the milk tooth will fall in some days and the permanent teeth will come to its position.It would be better if a dentist takes a look so that there is no nonalingment of teeth.
