Irregular and crooked teeth are a result of several reasons like big tooth, rotated tooth, extra tooth, small sized jaw, prematurely erupted teeth etc So all these types of criteria has to be first diagnosed and then treatment plan protocols devised If you have any records such as X-rays and photographs you may post for better understanding and diagnosis
