Sir with reference to your x-ray first of all there is. One decay present in left lower first molar tooth which got involved with the root portion .next thing in order to correct the overjet problem you have to go for ortho (braces) treatment only . since you above 20yrs treatment duation will take around 11\2 to 2 years . Thank you.
