Dental or ent problem tmj
I wear bridges on both lower right and left from past 4 years and a month back the left side bridge came out and had to refix but after recementation I have pain in right and left side cheek bone and jaw pain. I had this 4 years back before fixing the bridges but it got normal after that but again it started now from few days. I have attached opg as well as xray pns report Is there any link between tmj and sinus. Kindly help me what to do next.

Pain in cheek bones and jaw pain may be related to maxillary sinusitis.saline nasal spray, nasal corticosteroids, decongestants has to be administered as per consultation. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions .
Tmj and sinus problems are correlated.
