I had root canal treatment but again cap got removed and due to severe pain the tooth is removed by dentist and few pieces of tooth are left unremoved.Now after few months am getting pain and it is swollen.

The roots might have led to infection in the gums. Get those extracted under proper analgesic and antibiotics' cover.
