Can i put 3 unit bride same day of tooth extraction of i have to wait some day or week to get the bridge fixed

no you cannot because the extraction socket need s to heal , the gums need to cover the hollow area of the wound , it may take upto a month.  implant can be placed , replacing the extracted tooth if all the criteria is met . bridgewaydental.com
