Dengue without fever and anemia

Does dengue cause anemia and comes without fever. My brother is suffering from anemia , his hameglobin level drops to 6 and having pain in his body and active infection is 8 , LDH is increasing

Dengue fever doesn't cause anaemia but it can occur in those who already have anaemia. Dengue fever causes fall in platelet count.
