Hi My wife is having the below NS1 POSITIVE SGPT/ALT *496 SGOT/AST *560 Is it a severe Dengue or Mild Dengue

HELLO, NS1 POSITIVE MEANS DENGUE IS THEIR. ONE REPORT IE, PLATELET COUNT IS NOT THEIR, HAVE TO MAINTAIN ALMOST EVERY DAY THAT DECIDE WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF DENGUE. SGOT , SGPT ARE VERY HIGH. THESE R THE TEST FOR LIVER. LIVER IS IN A BAD SHAPE, YOU HAVE TO CONSULT A GASTROENTEROLOGIST. DIET MUST BE BLEND. GLUCOSE 100 GMS PER DAY TO BE CONSUMED WITH WATER. FOR DENGUE ABSOLUTE REST,PLENTY OF LIQUIDS, FOR FEVER TABLET PARACETAMOL 500WHENEVER SHE REQUIRED.WATCH FOR RASH. O.K, BYE.
