My dengue test results are: IgG Negative, IgM Positive NS1 Positive. What it means I have dengue ? The same very day platelets count was 1,17,000. Yesterday, the platelets count was 1,67,000. Should I still worry ? Please let me know Sir/Ma'am

IgM positive means dengue in recovery. Yes you should worry till platelets don’t cross 2 lac. Keep her hydrated and also give her multivitamin. Do t give her brufen at all
