I got dengue about 5 yrs ago ,so is there any chance that dengue can reoccur again???... Please clarify

Yes. Dengue can recur due to different serotype dengue virus. If you get dengue for second time the infection can be severe. So be careful. Always use mosquite nets and avoid fresh water collection around home.
