Dengue fever

Hello doctor My daughtet had fever from monday evening with little cough and cold, we went to doctor he prescribed ibugesic plus and cold medicine and suggested do blood test on Saturday if fever doesn't reduce. Today did blood test dengue IgM is 2.21 and doctor said she will be ok and advised not to give ibugesic and told to give paracetamol. My concern is we gave her ibugesic till now is there any serious issue because of the that. Please advice tips to recover from dengue.

Hello. Continue with round the clock paracetamol- 4-6hrly, do cold sponging. Maintain adequate hydration and monitor urine output. Nothing concerning about ibugesic.
