Hello Doctor, I had a fever of 104. Degrees for 3 days then i got then i did some investigations like cbc, maleria test,Typhiod test and Dengue test. Reports say that my platelets are ahown a valu of 58000 and dengue test shows 4.1 value. Kindly suggest what must i do

HELLO, ITS HIGH FEVER. TABLET PARACETAMOL 500,3 TIMES A DAY. ABSOLUTE BED REST. PLENTY OF LIQUID DIET. KEEP A CLOSE WATCH ON APPEARANCE OF RASHES. PLATELET COUNT. IF YOU STILL FEEL NOT BETTER, THE BEST ADVISE IS    HOSPITALIZATION. O.K,BYE.
