My periods are 1 day late. I never had intercourse. I have been just indulging in dry humping with all clothes on plus a bedsheet in between. Also done finguring. I am getting slight cramps but periods are not coming. I am tensed. Also I have no vaginal discharge i am all dry.

One day is too short a period to get agitated. Please wait for another 3 days. If you don't get your periods you should go for a beta HCG level.  Consult a Gynaecologist with the report.
