Delayed periods

I have recently started yoga (about three weeks) , change my diet and sleep cycle as well. Can it have an affect on my periods ? Till last month the periods were on time and proper .

If you are doing yoga to control stress then this stress will add to stress of changed sleep cycle . Severe mental stress may cause disturbance in period.And if you are doing yoga for weight gain then recent history of sudden weight gain may also cause period disturbances.
