I am facing delayed periods , there has been no physical contact so not pregnant but still no periods from last 2 months feeling bloated please help

This might be due to hormonal imbalance. You need to get thyroid profile, cbp, blood sugar done . Usg pelvis would be needed to see for any pcod or cysts in ovaries.consult for further details.

You can take medicine to get your period. Get ultrasound scan and blood test to know the reason for delayed period. Consult for prescription please.
