Delayed periods after ipill

I took ipill on 5th day of my period which is 24th august after having unprotected intercourse. I had bleeding for 2 days 29th and 30th august. I missed my period which was expected on 20th of September. I took a pregnancy test today first thing in the morning and it was negative but still no periods. Also i have light cramps. What should i do?
