My periods are delayed and I did check for pregency but results are negative 😢could you please help me to figure out what is the problem

How many days over . Consult to gynecologist and get done tsh level and serum prolactin for hypothyroidism . Ultrasonography is also needed to rule out poly cystic disease problem and take her advice.
