My periods are on 20 march and i have to attend a religious ceremony on the same day till next 3 days, plz suggest tablets to delay my periods and that too do not have any side effect

All tabs have some or the other side effects. However if you want to postpone periods start tab deviry 10mg once daily at bedtime 3days prior to expected date of periods and continue till day you want postponement
