I m 22 years old women..since last 2 and half month not getting period..had sonography nothing is there..took medicine still not got yet...had done thyroid test nothing there too.... what are other reason for it?

If u r not hvng periods since 2months causes cn be hormonal imbalance , pregnancy , stress etc Do a urine pregnancy test ,serum prolactin , LH and FSH levels. Connect direct after that
