Trying to conceive . Delay in periods by 3 days, mild symptoms like breast tenderness back pain etc got me confused with potential pregnancy. Periods have come but lasted for a day and half. Have PCOS but never missed a period ever and I am always on time Mac delay by a day. Use to have periods for three days medium flow. Mild tenderness in breast and general exhaustion persists. I have hypothyroidism but it's under control with med 75mcg( 6 day and 150 much 1 day of week) disappointed about not being pregnant since I bleed but worried abt mild bleeding .. initially blood was pink, then red ..
