My periods  have always been regular but now this month it has been delayed by 12 days. What to do? Is there a need to worry?

If you hv been sexually active then please get done a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.. If not then other causes include pcos , hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorder , ovarian cyst , medication , stress etc
