My menstrual cycle has been delayed and i am suffering from back pain and menstrual cramps but no bleeding is happening. Please suggest what do i do?

If you are sexually active then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after.
