Delay in periods

Hello, There has been a delay in my menstruation cycle. It's been 4 days from my date of menstruation. It never happened before. We are sure that we took proper precaution during intimation. Since, last week I m suffering from  legs cramp. Please advise. Thank you Please suggest what to do.

Check for urine pregnancy test today ,if negative ,wait for another 10 to 15 days .do a urine pregnancy test once again ,if negative then you may need to be given progesterone hormonal tablet for bleeding ..

If you are sure wait 7to10 days for your periods may occur if not then do urine pregnancy test . please reach out for any query.

Good evening.. Wait for 2/3 , as cramps have started more likely you will get your period soon and also as u took precaution. If u don’t get periods after 1 week then get a pregnancy test. Because of decreased mobility during this Covid period or mild weight gain or stress can also cause hormonal imbalance - which lead to delay in periods . So don’t worry and wait for few days.
Next Steps
You can take Dolo or Paracetamol tablet if the leg cramps are not bearable. And get pregnancy test if no periods for more than a week.
Health Tips
Eat healthy and diet control food, exercise or walk for half n hour morning and evening.. which balances everything.
