Mam/sir, I have completed my 3 months medication for PCOD. Got my periods on 4th month without medication. But it's 5th month and my period is 2-5 days delay. What should I do now? I am unmarried and not sexually active.

The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi A delay of upto 7 days is considered normal
