My last period date was 17 sept but it did not occur after 28 days .till date no symptoms found .kindly suggest

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Your history is very insufficient.  Please give a detailed history hence forth. Are you sexually active? Because the most common cause is pregnancy.
