My wife was having regular periods till last month, this month it is delayed by 7 days and during the day she gets moderate gum pain but during night the gum pain is so severe that she can't sleep. We have done pregnancy test and it is negative

Needs a visit to a dentist . In the meantime salt gargle could help . Cloves- keeping it in the mouth .
