Delay in passing stool and peeing

It been 2 day not paasing stool as well peeing. She consume enough water still having problem and whenever stool is passed it is very hard. Please suggest solution why happened it

Give plenty of fluids and plenty of dietary fibres. Get urine r/m and urine culture test done and share the reports with me. Give sachet laxopeg kid 1 sachet in 100ml water once daily for 1 month
