Delay in my Child speech.

Hi Doctor, I am a bit concern about my child whose age is 2 years and 5 months, He can speak some of his favorite word such as Blue, Bye, Three but hardly 10-15 words. Currently he is not able to spoke a complete sentence. Please suggest what should i do ? Should i wait or should i visit you for the same? Thanks in Advance.
