Eat plenty of locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, plent of drinking water,good sleep habits, regulat on time eating habits, curds, buttermilk, lemon water,low saturated fats, healthy good fats, nuts and seeds, low carb, moderate protein, enough fiber, exposure to sun, millets, daily morning and evening workout like yoga, walking, sports, steps taking, stretching etc..
All above mentioned are very essential.. in delay of ageing..
