Dehydration often

I used to dehydrate even after walking.. Sometimes if i sat without fan.. I used to take 3 litres of water per day..

Hi Dehydration is a very common problem. The best way to keep dehydration in check is to have plenty of fluids in form of water and juices. Also include more of salads and fruits in your diet. In case of further doubts, please feel free to write back to me. Regards Dr Prashik Meshram
