Dehydration,BP Low,nausea

She is suffering from last two weeks with these illness. weakness, nausea, Vertigo and BP low we have consult doctor and he advised some medicine like Electrol, Petard 20 and Mucaine gel but still not feeling good problem is on same place. we need some advise regarding specialist doctor(Type) who i need to consult. if is it possible kindly suggest some medicine.

For weakness n low BP, u need to get yr blood count done to know yr RBC & HB level .n B- 12 level. for now take salt n sugar liquid with some lemon 3-4 times in a day n also Butter milk with little salt .
