Since the last 3/4 months Noticed a decrease in erection during foreplay. That too for a very short period . Sometimes no problem exists in erection at all. Although intercourse is of short duration No other  medical problems is felt during intercourse . Kindly advise if some external cream/ointment/gel may be used for enhanced by erection .

Ur already 55, there r many physiological changes with aging. Go for metabolic profile test from thyrocare lab, to rule out any problem,which May affect ur Erection.
