Decrease breastmilk supply

I am mother of 4months old baby boy. I am breastfeeding him but suddenly i feel dip in my supply as my breast remain very soft most of the time. Initially also i dont hv any engorgment or leaking so always doubt my supply but now i feel there is a dip. What should i do to increase my supply as i dont want to give formula?
