Sir i have stomach pain and perhaps gas and constipation and decentry all time since last 3-4 months ..as in past i have taken antibiotics and alcohol too in a good quantity. ....now problem is increased....I hv no much money ....I am taking jhandu pancharist since 1 week........please help me can I use Himalaya liv 53
