Decayed tooth extraction is done under local anaesthesia which makes almost painless also post extraction patient would be put under painkillers and antibiotics. Bone grafting is generally not needed after extraction because once the infected tooth is removed the gums and bone heal by themselves.
Next Steps
Currently we have immediate implants available where we can extract your decayed teeth and immediately place an implant and depending on bone quality we can replace the  teeth from three weeks to three months.

Hi..it is under local anesthesia. So no need to worry. It won't cause pain. Based on bone your dentist would advise either implant or bridge. Implant is preferred over bridge for patients below 45years Regards
