I have a very tight schedule at work...
I have to work from morning 9:30 am to 7:30pm ...
After working I get so much mentally tired that I don't feel like working out...
Due to which I have gained lot of weight...
Now I have received lots of body shaming from my family members for my obesity ...
So I fear everyday of getting body shamed from all people
So I mentally feel depressed and guilty of being obese and a fat person...
So please give solutions to deal with this situation...???
This could be something stressful, you have to take out time for yourself. Either go for walks in the morning or after dinner, you can also go for healthier food options. Also try body positivity.
