From last three years having dead rough black skin in one of my finger and also a bit itching on it. Please suggest best medicine or way of to cure dead skin or remove it. Dead

A thorough history, clinical examination and appropriate laboratory tests will be needed to solve the mystery. You can use a salicylic acid based ointment with 1 % temporarily and a moisturizer for some relief.
