Get anomaly done at 17-18weeks
Nt and nuchal fold thickness are two different parameter done at different trimester.
So please don't get your self worked up.
even if NIPT is low-risk, NIPT can miss some issues, especially with significant NT thickening or in younger women. You should consult your doctor for a comprehensive risk assessment and discuss further diagnostic options like Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) or amniocentesis.
Having said that it's much more imp to look at what week my was done and if it was corresponding to the range for given week .
If it was done around 14 weeks Nt is definitely on the higher side but not abnormal .
