My daughter is having intermittent vomiting and fever from 2 days.these are the reports.please advice..reports are attached

Reports doesn't show any abnormality. Are vomitings associted with fever and how frequently they are.? Use paracetamol syrup to control.
Next Steps
consult doctor if there are other symptoms or vomiting severity increases.
